Chef Faila Offered Opportunity By Qatar To Live And Work In The Country

Failatu Abdul-Razak, aka Chef Faila, has been presented with a remarkable opportunity to live and work in Qatar, courtesy of the First Lady of the country.

Her exceptional culinary skills led to her exclusive recruitment as the official chef for the ongoing International Horticultural Expo in Qatar.

The First Lady was so impressed by Chef Faila’s culinary prowess that she couldn’t help but extend this offer to her.

Chef Faila proudly shared this wonderful news on her TikTok page, expressing how both people of different ethnicities, regardless of being white or black, were unable to resist the delectable delicacies and recipes she skillfully prepared.

She posted:

It is my Pleasure to announce to every Community in Ghana to boost their productivity on Yam henceforth because export of Yam is going to be in great demand.

I was nearly kidnapped today when I made greatness out of Yam at the Lulu Pearl Market in Qatar Doha together with other meals.

Both Whites and blacks could not resist the delicacies and recipes.Infact,I was simply asked by the First Lady of Qatar if I would love to establish with them. The amazing Ghanaian community in Qatar also sends their greetings.

Chef Failatu Abdul Razak was selected to represent Ghana at the International Horticultural Expo in Doha, Qatar, commencing on March 9, 2024.

Faila is teaming up with a local caterer to exhibit Ghana’s diverse flavours and cultural heritage through its authentic cuisine.

Chef Faila will be preparing traditional Ghanaian dishes like Jollof rice, fried yam, and kelewele, along with popular Ghanaian beverages such as millet drink, cocoa drink, and roselle juice, commonly referred to as sobolo.
