Eedris Abdulkareem Set To Drop Diss Song For Burna Boy After He Wished Him Dead
Eedris Abdulkareem has issued a warning to Burna Boy, stating that he is prepared to release a diss track aimed at him to escalate their current feud.
Abdulkareem revealed that his upcoming song, titled Essay to Burna Boy, was inspired by Burna Boy’s recent controversial comments wishing harm upon him.
The conflict between the two artistes began when Burna Boy insinuated that Abdulkareem should not have survived a recent illness that required a kidney transplant, despite receiving support from well-wishers.
Abdulkareem initially criticized Burna Boy for claiming that he received no assistance from anyone in the Nigerian entertainment industry, dismissing it as nonsensical.
But in a now-deleted tweet, Burna Boy replied; “Abdul Kareem Abi wetin dem dey call your papa, I no blame you. I blame people wey donate money for your hospital bills. And I wish say you be person wey fit dey enter the kind places wey I dey dey, make we use mistake jam.”
Abdulkareem expressed his disappointment over Burna Boy’s comment on Instagram, stating that wishing death upon him or anyone else was truly saddening. The veteran singer announced that he will be releasing a new single to address the conflict shortly.
He wrote; “ESSAY TO BURNA BOY” FOR WISHING ME DEAD
Wishing me or any other person dead is truly saddening and very disappointing. Making fun of my health crisis and blaming people that helped to keep me alive is very shameful.
Threatening my life is a different ball game, but for you to play God? Thats the most nauseating foul prank of all times.
Now, conscientious Nigerians and the general public are weighing into the matter and you instantly deleted your demonic prayers for me.
I’ll reply through the only medium that i have…and that is music; so I will be dropping my heartfet response via a single aptly named “Essay to Burnaboy” in a fortnight. Stay tuned for that because “No man be GOD”.”
