Eminem’s Stunt Double Ryan Shepard Is Dead; Hit By A Car

Ryan Shepard, who acted as Eminem‘s stunt double in the early 2000s, has died, tragically losing his life after getting hit by an oncoming pickup truck while attempting to cross the street.

According to reports, Ryan was rushed to the hospital by emergency responders, but it was too late. He died in Washington at the end of January.

Ryan worked as Eminem’s stunt double, picture double, and stand-in at the MTV Movie Awards, portraying Eminem’s superhero character, Rap Boy.

As Eminem’s double, he appeared in the music video for D12’s “Purple Hills,” as well as on the rapper’s 2002 Anger Management Tour and his 2003 Japan and Europe tours.

His brother, Kyle, told TMZ that Ryan was extraordinarily clever, going on to work as a ride mechanical engineer for Disney and then as a test automation engineer for Elon Musk’s SpaceX.

Ryan leaves behind two children, aged 7 and 11 years old.

He was 40 years of age.
