Enemies Are Not God- Adorye Tells His Wife, Empress Gifty

Ghanaian politician Hopeson Adorye, who is affiliated with the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed his unwavering affection for his wife, Empress Gifty, a renowned gospel musician.

In a heartfelt message, Hopeson Adorye emphasized that no external forces can hinder their love, as he vowed to cherish her eternally.

Despite the attempts of certain individuals among their supporters to create discord, Mr. Adorye remains steadfast in his commitment to their relationship. These endearing sentiments were penned by Mr. Adorye to commemorate his wife’s birthday, which took place on October 25.

He posted;

I am proud to celebrate my wife The woman I cherished over everybody on this planet earth. I appreciate you, I trust you, and above all, I love you. Some are hoping to see us divorce, but they are not God because they can’t decide our destiny. Obaa papabi, I love you, wai. Happy Happy birthday. Enjoy your day to the fullest. Empress Gifty recently expressed a newfound perspective on Ewe men and her admiration for their sexual prowess. The award-winning gospel musician, who is popular in entertainment in Ghana, said that she thinks Ewe guys are good in bed during an interview on 3FM Drive with hosts Giovanni Caleb and AJ Sarpong.

She explained that the idea of Ewe men not being romantic originally came from her mother. But her own marriage showed that wasn’t the case. Her husband, she said, is a true gentleman who constantly cheers her on to be her best.

Empress Gifty, who is married to prominent politician Mr. Hopeson Yaovi Adorye, admitted that, before she met her husband, she had assumed that Ewe men lacked romantic qualities. She admired her Ewe husband for supporting her publicly even when she was wrong and then guiding her privately. “The initial impression I had of the Ewe guys was that they were not romantic.

“My mom told me. I have learned a lot from being married to one. I met a nice gentleman who always wants the best out of me. One thing I love about him is that even if I’m wrong publicly, my husband will support me, but when we come home, he puts me back on track,” she said.

Empress Gifty advocated for the importance of interacting with people of different tribes to gain deeper understanding of other cultures.

“Back then, I had some thoughts about other tribes, but I’ve learned that you need to get to know them, have contact with them, and have your own experience before, and if you want to say something, you can go ahead… Ewe people are so lovely. They are also very good in bed,” she added.
