Electro Mirror, Ghanaian musician Gyakie’s talent manager, has earned a plaque from Sony Music for his efforts as executive producer on the popular song “Forever” and its remix, which features Nigerian artiste Omah Lay.
“Forever,” which was released in 2020, rapidly became a fan favourite and received global appreciation for its soothing combination of Afrobeat and R&B elements. Omah Lay’s bouncy vocal provided an intriguing new depth to the music in the “Forever Remix,” which was released in 2021.
Since its debut, “Forever” and the “Forever Remix” have gained millions of plays and views across all major music platforms, solidifying Gyakie and Omah’s standing as two of the industry’s most exciting and creative musicians. The songs have topped charts in several countries, including Ghana, Nigeria, and the United States, and have garnered worldwide critical praise for their infectious melodies, catchy choruses, and emotional lyrics.
Electro Mirror’s contribution as executive producer on both versions of the song was critical to its success, and his hard work and devotion to the project were recognized. In appreciation of his remarkable services to the music industry, Sony Music honoured him with a multi-platinum plaque.

Gyakie’s ability and dedication have earned her the most streamed female Ghanaian artist on all digital music platforms, with her single “Forever” entering at number one on Billboard’s Top Triller Global Chart and achieving the top spot on Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, and YouTube.
Electro Mirror is the CEO of Ghana-based record company Flip the Music. He is a gifted producer and manager who has contributed significantly to the success of several musicians, notably Gyakie.
