He’s A Hater- Fans Lash Out At Aguero For His Reaction Over Ronaldo’s Best Goals

Following his intriguing assertion about a compilation of Cristiano Ronaldo’s greatest goals, Sergio Aguero has sparked a wave of responses online and most fans are not having it.

Social media is convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Aguero’s evaluation of Ronaldo’s best goals of his career means he has a problem with the Portuguese phenomenon.

Aguero, who is close friends with Ronaldo’s rival Lionel Messi, appeared unimpressed as he watched a collection of the Portuguese star’s greatest goals, according to Givemesport.

The former Argentina international, who played for Manchester City and Barcelona, took it a step further by asserting that the impressive goals scored by the Al-Nassr captain were the result of pure luck.

Even more, he claimed that the goalkeeper was to blame for Ronaldo’s 40-yard goal against FC Porto in the Champions League in 2008. Social media users have since been persuaded by Aguero’s remark that he was ‘hating’ the seasoned Portuguese player.

@ProudFede said; “Sergio Aguero’s biggest achievement was reaching the Quarterfinals with Man City 4 times. He couldn’t even lace his boots.”

@MrFilipeOrlando quizzed how Aguero did not seem to appreciate Ronaldo’s goals: “Even 99% of Ronaldo/Messi FC can appreciate each player’s greatest goals. Aguero hating on CR7 nonstop is so weird, man.” Aguero’s reaction dumbfounded

@perrryyyy: “Aguero said Cristiano Ronaldo’s free kicks are lucky goals and goalkeeper mistakes. 60 free-kick goals? Why is everyone obsessed with Ronaldo?”

@totalzizou slammed Aguero: “No professionalism at all. Some like Messi and others like CR7, but not recognising their greatness is foolish. You could still be a fan of one and still appreciate the other.”

@RMmaniac branded Aguero’s take on Ronaldo’s goals as “insane hate”: “This Aguero guy says these Ronaldo free-kick goals are all lucky and that the goal against Porto is the goalkeeper’s fault. He didn’t even appreciate a single one. This is insane hate towards Ronaldo, man.”
