I Don’t Have A Degree But I’ve Employed Over 100 people – Davido’s Manager Asa
Davido’s Manager Asa Asika has indirectly championed a sense of entrepreneurship in his fans while celebrating his personal growth in a new post on social media.
Asika observed his rapid advancement in life despite his relatively poor academic background, admitting that he pays the salaries of over a hundred staff each month despite not having a college degree. In a recent conversation with social media influencer Smart Money Arese, Asa disclosed the information.
The entrepreneur dropped out of university and now runs a couple of entertainment and management companies. He said; “Everyone’s story is different, everyone’s path is different, people always feel as if you have to go a certain way to get a certain goal.
“One of my companies pays 45 people’s salaries a month and that’s only one of the companies I run. If I do the maths, I probably pay about 100 people salaries a month and I have no degree”.
Asika said he has no regret as most of his close friends earn “peanuts” despite being Ph.D holders.
“Without being condescending or trying to sound cocky, I have friends who have gone to school and have PhDs now and they are working a 9 to 5 and making peanuts,” he added.
Speaking about Davido, Tru News Report, recently reported that a Nigerian cleric who claimed to have received a revelation from God told Davido to refrain from using his recently acquired Maybach.
A few weeks ago, the serial hitmaker and award-winning Nigerian superstar took delivery of the massive wheel, which cost $600,000 (N447,000,000).
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the minister said that God had commanded him to advise the artiste to sell the automobile because the devil intended to use it to bring him down. He was heard saying in a video thus;
‘’The lord told me not to use the car he recently bought. Let him sell it, not use it because the devil has planned to use the car to pull him down. God has blessed him but the devil has planned to pull him down. Let him take note of Tuesday and Thursday of the week, I don’t know which week but I saw something very bad. It wasn’t a good thing. He can escape it if he sells the car. He can give it out or he can sell it. Let him sell it back, the car he recently bought. Let him not use it. ‘’
