I Knew He Was Going To Die Soon—Maurice Ampaw On Why He Didn’t Respond To Wofa KK’s Attacks

Celebrity lawyer Maurice Ampaw revealed that shortly before the death of journalist and on-air personality Wofa KK, he (Wofa KK) publicly insulted him without any provocation.

Lawrence Ampaw told ace broadcaster Fiifi Pratt that Wofa KK had targeted him on social media, labelling him as a foolish lawyer for his defence of Chairman Wontumi in the Manhyia case.

Despite the harsh words directed towards him, Lawrence Ampaw said he chose not to respond, as he had a premonition of Wofa KK’s imminent death. True to his intuition, Wofa KK passed away the following day, without any prior indication of illness or poor health.

Fiffi Praat inquired Maurice Ampaw about the prevalence of insults in political discussions instead of maintaining a respectful approach to conveying their message.

In reply, the renowned lawyer acknowledged that many prominent journalists are indeed responsible for this trend, which is detrimental to the overall decorum of the airwaves.
