If Medikal Leaves His Wife Today, People Will Say I Caused It- Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale has stated that he has no hands in the dealings of his bestie and industry colleague Medikal as being bandied about in mainstream discourse.

According to the ‘Gringo’ singer, some media outlets have gone out of their way to fabricate stories about him and Medikla’s relationship. He claimed in a recent radio interview that his demeanour encouraged people to criticize him whenever a problem emerged.

He even joked that if MDK should divorce his wife Fella Makafui (Mrs Fella Frimpong) today, people will appoint accusing fingers at him. He told Prince Tsegah thus;

I look like a hawk, but I don’t catch chickens. I am not saying this should happen but even if Medikal is not with his wife they will say it’s Shatta who caused it.

He also shared his thought about Medikal sacking his longtime manager Flow Delly. “I will say Medikal and Flow are brothers, and they are all doing good, but I cannot pinpoint where all this matter is coming from,” he pointed out.

He also went further to suggest that Medikal had a new team who would project his career to global prominence thus the new choice of management.

“Maybe he [Medikal] has a team that he is trying to project his career, but he is letting people know that he has moved on. He and flow are cool. I know they spoke not long ago and Flow is my brother, and he knows I won’t vouch for anything like that…,” he said.

Ultimately, regarding the subject of having the final say over Medikal’s choices and plans, Shatta Wale was clear about the part he played in the latter’s existence.

“I don’t dictate for him. He is a whole big man, and he has said it in a way that people will understand that if you want business I have people who can do that… Medikal is a businessman, and he is not saying he has sacked Flow Delly and I know he is working with distributors outside Ghana, and he is okay .
