Akyere Bruwaa has come forward to address the false and malicious rumours circulating on social media about her death.

She strongly refutes the viral news claiming that she passed away in a horrific car accident, stating that it holds no ounce of truth. The actress became aware of the news through her friends and family members who stumbled upon it online.

In a video shared by Express GH TV on their YouTube channel, Bruwaa expressed her prayers for the individual behind the publication to face a similar misfortune.

“Those spreading fake news on social media claiming I have died in a car accident—is it for the sake of attention or what? Why would you wish me death? I am asking God to make sure the person responsible for this suffers such tragedy ten times and see how it will feel like.”

She further expressed her gratitude to her friends who were fighting on her behalf on social media regarding the news.

“I’m grateful to all my beloved who have been fighting for me on social media,” said Bruwaa.
