The estate is located in the ultra-exclusive Pacific Palisades region of Los Angeles, where only the ultra-wealthy reside.
It is listed for $34,500,000, but it is not known what the agreed-upon price is, but it is likely to be close to the listing price.
The house was constructed only a year ago. The seller describes it as a typical home in the Hamptons with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It is situated on a one-acre lot, which is enormous for the neighborhood.
