Jonathan Majors’ Attorney Reveals Text From Alleged Victim That Indicate Woman Admitted Fault

Jonathan Majors’ attorney has stated that she has evidence that proves her client’s innocence in the assault case against him.

The evidence includes texts in which the alleged victim admits that she is to blame and says that she does not want to press charges

Priya Chaudhry, Majors’ attorney, told TMZ that the lady in question texted the “Ant-Man” actor hours after his detention over the weekend, “admitting that she was the one who used physical force against him.”

In the texts Chaudhry claims the woman sent, she expresses her anger about Jonathan’s handcuffing… and she adds, “Will make sure nothing happens about this. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone.”

A few hours later, the woman continued the text thread, stressing her efforts to prevent Jonathan from being charged for the assault.

Alleged Text conversation

Chaudhry reports that she has given these texts to law enforcement.

As previously reported, Majors was arrested for misdemeanour assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment, when the woman apparently noticed another woman texting him and attempted to glance at his phone.

Chaudhry informed us on Sunday that she had already begun gathering evidence disproving the allegations, which appear to include these messages: and she believes that there is also video footage from inside the vehicle where the alleged event occurred that will exonerate Majors.

It is important to remember that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and the legal process will determine the outcome of this case.

The evidence presented by Majors’ attorney will be considered alongside any other evidence in the case. However, it is important to also note that individuals do not press charges in the context of criminal law. Only a municipal, state, or federal attorney can decide to charge someone with a crime and file a charging document. Prosecutors decide whether or not to do so based on evidence provided by people and police.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Army has paused its “Be All You Can Be” ad campaign featuring the actor following his arrest on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment.
