McBrown, Eno, Becca Others Support Afua Asantewaa As She Passes 24-Hours In Guinness Record Singing Attempt

The Akwaaba Village in Accra has become the centre of attraction for entertainment in Ghana in the last 24-hours.

The Village which is serving as the venue for Afua Asantewaa’s Guinness World Record attempt for the longest singing marathon has seen several celebrities show up to throw their support behind her.

As of Sunday morning, celebrities including Nana Ama McBrown, Kwabena Kwabena, Captain Smart, Kobby Rana, Kobby Kyei, Eno Barony, Becca and Sister Afia had been sighted at the venue.

The sing-a-thon officially commenced exactly at 12:00 am on Sunday, December 24, 2023, and is expected to conclude nine hours after December 27, 2023.

Afua Asantewaa is aiming to break the current singing marathon record of 105 hours.

Her effort is receiving wide support from Ghanaians across social media, who are cheering Asantewaa to success.

More celebrities are expected to show up at the Akwaaba Village as the attempt progresses.
