My 11-Year-old Daughter Is In Love With Another Girl – Wanlov Reinforces LGBTQ Position

Wanlov The Kubolor has admitted that his 11-year-old daughter has a crush on a different young girl and he is not bothered about it at all.

The rapper and LGBTQ proponent says he finds nothing wrong with what his daughter is going through as opposed to the conservative nature of Ghanaians and their disdain towards same-sex relationships.

Wanlove asserts that, regardless of gender, he completely supports his daughter’s right to love whomever she chooses.

The member of the FOKN Bois duo explained that his daughter’s mother informed him of the situation and that he is completely accepting of it.

“I have a daughter who is currently infatuated with another girl. I don’t see anything wrong with that. She likes this girl, and that’s what her mother told me. She is eleven,” he disclosed.

In a conversation with Doreen Abanema Abayaa on GhanaWeb’s Talkertainment show, Wanlov explained what it means for someone to be ‘queer’. He said the term is often used as an umbrella term to encompass all individuals who identify as LGBTQ+.

“This includes people who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and more,” he explained.

Similarly, the Ghanaian musician questioned whether gay people’s lives had a detrimental impact on Ghana.

“I feel human beings must do what they want to do as long as it’s not affecting someone else’s life. Nobody can tell me how a queer person is causing them problems in this country. Unless it is a queer person in government, who is chopping our money,” Wanlov told Doreen.
