Nicki Minaj’s Neighbors Call For Her Removal Over Husband’s Sex Offender Status

TMZ reports that some of Nicki Minaj‘s neighbours believe that Hidden Hills is too small for Nicki Minaj and her convicted felon spouse, and they want the pair to leave as soon as possible.

Hundreds of people have signed an online petition circulated by Hidden Hills residents concerned about Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, relocating into the upscale neighbourhood.

Beverly Bardan, a resident of Hidden Hills, initiated a petition challenging Kenneth’s status as a registered sexual offender due to his conviction for attempted rape in New York in 1995, for which he served more than four years in prison.

Regarding the reason for the increased focus on Petty, he recently updated his address on the Megan’s Law website, so you can assume that his neighbours took notice.

Nicki and Kenneth purchased a mansion in Hidden Hills in December, and as reported at the time, Kenneth is presently serving a year of home detention for failing to register as a sexual offender in California.

According to Beverly, Nicki and Kenneth’s mere presence in Hidden Hills would decrease property values and raise safety concerns.

Beverly is urging Nicki’s neighbours to warn residents about Kenneth, and she wants individuals to sign the petition to “SHOW that you are against sex offenders in our Hidden Hills neighborhood!”

The petition, titled “SAY NO TO SEX OFFENDERS IN HIDDEN HILLS,” was started shortly after Nicki spent $19.5 million on her estate, but it has gained a lot of traction in recent days, gaining over 100 signatures in the last few days, bringing the total to 862 and counting.

Hidden Hills is becoming the new Beverly Hills; Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner, as well as Will and Jada, all have residences in the area.
