Nobody Wanted To Produce My Songs – Tems Speaks On Her Struggling Days

Singer Temilade Openiyi who is professionally known as Tems has disclosed that she first began her career as both a producer and performer.

The Nigerian star whose meteoric in the mainstream has impressed some connoisseurs claimed that when she first began, nobody was interested in producing tracks for her, so she decided to pursue a degree in music production.

During an interview on Jazzys World TV, Tems said that she was her own inspiration and felt she could succeed on her own.

The Grammy winner claimed that because she produced her own music, she was able to develop the sound for which she is best known. She also exhorted people to seek greatness with tenacity rather than become complacent.

“No one wanted to produce for me back then and so I said I can do this myself, and it made me create my sound,” She was heard saying in the video as shared below;
