Read Excerpts Of The Sexually Explicit Letter Barack Obama Wrote To An Ex-Girlfriend In The 1980s

In the 1980s, former President Barack Obama wrote to his ex-girlfriend about his sexuality and fantasised about guys. He supposedly wrote, “I make love to men daily, but in the imagination.”

The New York Post said that Obama wrote an “androgynous” letter to an ex-girlfriend in 1982. The Post says they got a redacted piece of the 40-year-old “now-notorious” letter.

After an interview with 70-year-old Pulitzer Prize-winning historian and Obama biographer David Garrow, the letter reappeared. Garrow, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s biographer, published ‘Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama’ in 2017.

Garrow tried to obtain his 1982 letter from Emory University, which possessed it, because numerous “salacious” portions were removed. Garrow then had his buddy Harvey Klehr uncover and duplicate the letter in the Emory archives. He was the only one informed that the letter couldn’t be photographed or taken from the archives. Klehr hand-transcribed the letter and sent Garrow the paragraphs.

In the Klehr letter that The Post obtained, Barack Obama, then 21, wrote to his ex-girlfriend, Alex McNear. While attending Occidental College in Los Angeles, they were dating.

Klehr and The Post said that the former commander-in-chief wrote, “In regard to homosexuality, I must say that I believe this is an attempt to remove oneself from the present, perhaps a refusal to perpetuate the endless farce of earthly life. You see, I make love to men daily in my head.”

He allegedly said, “My mind is androgynous to a great extent, and I hope to make it more so until I can think in terms of people, not women as opposed to men. But, in returning to the body, I see that I have been made a man, and physically in life, I choose to accept that contingency.”

Garrow stated in the 1982 letter that Obama’s sexuality discourse is normal. “I’m a historian, not a psychologist, but I think it’s ‘public record’ news that a vast majority of human beings have sexual fantasies!”

Obama and Michelle wed in October 1992

Obama married Michelle Obama ten years after writing to McNear about his sexuality. They became the First Black President and First Lady of the United States after having two daughters, Malia, 24, and Sasha, 21.
