Stonebwoy Admits Shatta Wale Is A Powerhouse In The Industry

Stonebwoy has admitted his biggest rival Shatta Wale is a powerhouse in the music industry and owing to that, they could bury their differences and collaborate on a song for the first time.

He acknowledged their individual contributions as powerhouses of the Ghanaian music industry and expressed the hope that they could collaborate to produce something significant in consonance with fans’ expectations.

In response to inquiries about whether he and Shatta Wale will ever collaborate on a song, Stonebwoy clarified their famed feud. The leader of the Bhim Nation brotherhood, who certainly has one of Ghana’s and West Africa’s largest fan bases, visited the Asaase Radio studios to promote his most recent studio album, 5TH Dimension, and thrilled fans with what he had to say about his fiercest rival, Shatta Wale.

He claims he is unwilling to give a timeframe for collaboration with Wale but is confident that it will happen. He admitted that they may fight in the studio as a warm-up to creating a potential banger to appease their fans and the broader public, comically said, because of their well-known quarrel.

“But you know everything happens with time and I don’t want to sound political. So that collaboration nu, we go fight for like one hour before it will happen.”

He acknowledged their individual contributions as powerhouses of the Ghanaian music industry and expressed the hope that they could collaborate to produce something significant.

“As I sit here, I believe in a clean heart and I know that as powerhouses as the two of us are, we can shake the ground,” he told the show host.

The feud between the two heavyweights reached a crescendo at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) when an on-stage fight broke out at a major music awards show in Ghana after one of the country’s biggest artists went to collect a prize.

When Shatta Wale and his entourage took the stage, Stonebwoy had just been named dancehall reggae musician of the year. Stonebwoy may be seen clutching what looks to be a gun in the video of the altercation.

The two men routinely attack one another about who is the finest artist because of their enormous fan bases. The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in the nation’s capital, Accra, continued following a brief interruption with no serious injuries reported. According to Ghanaian news outlet Joy Online, Stonebwoy apologized during his acceptance speech for another prize.
