Shatta Wale Lists 11 Media Personalities Who Should Be Banned

Shatta Wale has been engaged in a feud with certain media personalities and has resorted to social media to request the National Media Commission (NMA) have them banned outright.
The Dancehall artiste has been battling with some individuals in the media industry whom he considers adversaries to his cause, and the outcome of the fight is well-known and documented.
According to a post he shared on his Facebook page and sighted by Tru News Report, the controversial artiste stated that the individuals he named are the cause of the lack of progress in Ghanaian music, and until the government intervenes to halt their misconduct, the industry will not advance.
He referred to these individuals as failed celebrities who are striving to use journalism to become famous. Here’s what he posted:
List of names that Government needs to ban from the media or Journalism as they say !!! They are the reason why Ghana music is not moving forward !!! These are just disappointed celebrities and they are trying so hard to use journalism to be celebrities 😂😂 #BANDEM
Shatta Wale was in the news recently when he asked his devoted fans to refrain from trolling Stonebwoy over his Grammy snub, or else he would block them all.
This unexpected move has left many fans astounded, considering the ongoing rivalry between Stonebwoy and Wale. Given that Wale has always been the one to provoke their feud, his plea to his fans to stop mocking Stonebwoy has come as a remarkable shock to them.
In a video initially shared by blogger Sweet Sonia, Charles Nii Armah Mensah delivered a stern warning to his fans, urging them to abstain from such behaviour as he does not endorse it.
According to Shatta Wale, this is not the appropriate time to derive pleasure from someone else’s misfortune when there is plenty of work to be done within their circle.
He referred to anyone engaging in such actions as a “fool” and made it clear that he would not hesitate to block such individuals from his social media accounts.
