Shatta Wale Takes On Safo Newman’s Handlers Over His Sense Of Fashion

Shatta Wale has urged the management team of emerging talent Safo Newman to prioritize his fashion sense, as his current image as a rising artist is not impressive.

Wale, known for his outspoken and controversial nature, was seen in a video shared by GhanaNdwom stating that Safo’s fashion style should be enhanced to match his musical talent.

He emphasized that those responsible for discovering the artist should be wise enough to handle his branding before exposing him to interviews.

Hear him, “They say there’s this new guy, Safo Newman and I expect his management or those who discovered him to be sensible to take responsibility for his branding before sending him out there.

“But that is not the case, they will just let him wear some hat and take him round for interviews.”

Similarly, Safo Newman had the opportunity to engage with his Ghanaian fans who embraced his soulful song, Akokoa during his first-ever stage performance not too long ago.

His stagecraft however stirred up debate on the internet, with diverse views shared on social media platforms where the video was posted.

The emerging artise who has been touted as the new kid on the block showcased his talent at the Twinsdntbe’s International Photo Art Exhibition, where he was accompanied by a skilled saxophonist.

While some supporters criticized his performance as lacklustre, others expressed understanding, noting that he is still new to the industry and will improve with experience.
