Tiger Nuts Don’t Boost Potency; Coconut Water Does—Captain Smart

Radio and media personality Captain Smart has recently challenged the long-standing belief that tiger nuts enhance a man’s sexual performance. Instead, he claims that coconut water is the true secret to improving potency in bed.

Traditionally, tiger nuts, also known as chufa or earth almonds, have been associated with enhancing male sexual performance. They are rich in minerals and nutrients such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. However, Captain Smart argues that scientific evidence does not support the belief that they make a man last a long time in bed.

During his appearance on TV3’s Ladies Circle, Captain Smart debunked the myth surrounding tiger nuts and redirected attention to coconut water. He emphasized that coconut water is a more credible factor contributing to male potency.

Captain Smart’s stance highlights the importance of relying on scientific evidence and medical expertise when it comes to matters related to health. It is crucial to separate fact from fiction and make informed decisions based on reliable information.

People have misconceptions about what we call ‘Atadwe’ (Tiger Nuts). Atadwe has no connection to potency. What genuinely enhances male potency is coconut water. That is what makes you perform well in bed, he stated.

Tiger nut plants were initially cultivated in Northern Africa and are now found in various warm regions across the globe. Regarding their health advantages, tiger nuts are often regarded as a hybrid between nuts and tubers, possessing beneficial elements from both food groups such as nutritious fibres and fats.
