You Are Fools- Sonnie Badu Replies Critics For Not Using Crutches At Concert

Sonnie Badu, the founder and leader of Rockhill Chapel in the UK, has once again demonstrated his resilience by responding to the trolls who questioned his credibility.

These people dared to doubt him after witnessing him dance and jump during his concert, despite having been seen earlier with crutches due to a leg injury. Refusing to let these baseless accusations tarnish his reputation, Sonnie Bady took to his X (formerly Twitter) page to address his critics head-on.

He shared a comment from a user who had mentioned those who accused him of faking the injury and boldly labeled such individuals as “fools”.

“Only fools doubt proof,” he posted.

Beyond that, he conveyed his appreciation to the persons who inspired him and even mentioned that he could only deliver 30 percent as he wasn’t in his usual state during the performance to demonstrate that indeed the injury took a heavy toll on him.

“Can I tell you something? My ministration was 30 percent if you really know me you will know that I was not myself,” he said.

A few days before his concert, Sonnie Badu reportedly suffered a domestic injury and was seen in a series of photos on social media. The singer underwent major surgery as a result of the accident that occurred on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Sonnie had taken to Facebook to apologize to churches and media houses for any inconvenience caused by his absence from scheduled events during his recovery.

Beloved, I wish to announce that I was involved in a domestic accident yesterday and had to undergo major surgery. By the grace of God, I am doing well and recuperating. I want to wholeheartedly apologize to the Churches and media houses that expected my presence in the last day and got disapppointed.

In the name of Jesus , I want to assure the good people of Ghana and everywhere else that ‘Sonnie Badu Live In Concert – Rhythms of Africa’ would still come off on Saturday, Dec 9, 2023. Grab your tickets and come witness the glory and presence of God. The devil really tried it , but we only win ..
