Ghanaian journalist and entrepreneur Afua Asantewaa Aduonum has listed six other remarkable feats she has achieved in her quest for the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon.

Posting on her social media, Afua shared an impressive list of six records she claims to have broken and set during her marathon singing event held between December 24 and December 29, 2023.

The records highlighted by Afua include:

  1. First African to Attempt Guinness World Records Record for Longest Singing Marathon Individual
  2. First Female Ghanaian to Perform Continuously for 5 Days
  3. First Ghanaian and African Female Individual to Sing and Perform 120 Songs
  4. First Unprofessional Musician to Perform Continuously for Five Days
  5. First Female Ghanaian to Perform Strictly Ghanaian Songs for 5 Days
  6. First African Female/Individual to Perform for 5 Days

In her post, Afua expressed gratitude, attributing the achievement to divine orchestration, stating, “What God cannot do doesn’t exist. This was God’s orchestration, not my might. My testimony is huge and unending. Not all humans will understand what happened between December 23 and 29, 2023. GOD DID!”
