Alan Kyerematen Can Lead The Party To Break The Eight – Presidential Staffer

The former Trade and Industry Minister Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen has gained support from presidential staffer George Atsu Egbenunya.

Mr. Egbenunya, who has served as a deputy regional youth organiser in the Volta Region, a constituency organiser for two terms, a youth organiser for one term, and an elected assembly member for the Bla electoral area, spoke about the importance of Kyerematen’s leadership in guiding the party to victory.

He stated that he has been in politics for 25 years and knows that Alan Kyerematen is the only one who can break the eight for his party. He called on party members to support Kyerematen in its effort to end the eight-year power rotation cycle with a strong and confident tone.

As someone who is familiar with the internal workings of the party, he emphasised the critical need for party unity and support for Kyerematen in order to ensure electoral victory.

Alan Kyerematen is generally regarded as a strong candidate for party leadership due to his extensive background in commerce, industry, and investment. Mr. Egbenunya has expressed confidence in Kyerematen’s abilities as a leader, strategist, and accomplished businessman to guide the economy through its current challenges and pave the way for long-term growth.

An endorsement from someone like George Atsu Egbenunya could give Kyerematen an opportunity in the election’s final stretch and win supporters, especially in the Volta region.

On the other hand, Mr. Kyeremanten isn’t the only NPP member to have already picked up an election form. So far, seven people have picked up nomination forms to run for the flagbearer race. On Tuesday, a group led by Fred Oware, the former CEO of the Bui Power Authority, and Sammi Awuku, the Director-General of the National Lottery Authority, picked up forms on behalf of Vice President Dr. Bawumia.

Energy Minister Boakye Agyarko, Party Secretary Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, Mampong MP Francis Addai-Nimoh, Agriculture Minister Dr. Owusu Afryie Akoto, and Energy Analyst Kwadwo Poku have all taken up forms for the flagbearer race.
