Captain Smart Claims NPP MP John Kumah Was Poisoned
Captain Smart has caused quite a stir on the internet with his recent bold statement regarding the death of John Kumah. In a leaked tape, the Onua TV presenter claimed that Kumah’s death was a result of food poisoning.
According to Captain Smart, the late Kumah was allegedly poisoned during an event where he was accompanied by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Chairman Wontumi.
Furthermore, he asserted that Kumah had travelled to India for medical treatment following an attempt on his life.
The outspoken media personality suggested that Kumah had become aware of the poisoning, which he believed was a deliberate scheme to eliminate him as he has significant political power and influence.
In an attempt to find a solution, Kumah flew to India, but unfortunately, the situation took a tragic turn, and he passed away.
An earlier report by Tru News Report reveals that the popular Ghanaian politician died after a brief illness, according to a statement issued by his family.
John Ampontuah Kumah, also known as Lawyer John Kumah, was highly regarded by his constituents in Ejisu, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
He was known for his integrity and dedication to job creation, inspiring hope in both the young and old.
Before his political career, Kumah served as the Managing Director of Majak Associates Ltd, a prominent building and construction firm with projects across Ghana. After becoming a lawyer, he established Aduaprokye Chambers and served as the Managing Partner of the law firm.
In 2017, he was appointed as the CEO of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) by the President. During his tenure, he successfully trained 45,000 start-ups in three years through the Presidential Business Support Programme, resulting in the creation of numerous jobs for the youth nationwide.
With over 17 years of experience in leadership roles, Kumah demonstrated his creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness in promoting entrepreneurship and supporting youth development.
