Christians In Ghana Are Fake, They Have All Failed God- Great Ampong Says

Great Ampong has proclaimed in a recent interview with Amansan Krakye at the Royal Seed Orphanage Home in Papaase, near Kasoa Ofaakor that Christians in Ghana are fake and for that reason, ‘they have been cut from his glory.’

The former serial hitmaker said God spoke to him directly to inform him that the kind of Christianity practised here by Ghanaians is not up to his standard hence they have all failed him.

He explained,

“A friend of mine drove me here, and as I was ready to step out of the car, I heard the voice of God stating that all Ghanaian Christians had failed Him and that I am also a part of it.

I couldn’t get out of the car, and I truly grieved uncontrollably, and everyone here saw it. I heard the voice loud and clear stating that you are part of a group of Christians who have terribly failed God.

I cried uncontrollably .so I decided that if this is what I have heard, I will come and share with the kids at the orphanage home whatever God has blessed me with on the day of my birthday.”

Great Ampong was in the news not too long ago when said he and Daddy Lumba’s feud is finally over in a recent interview with Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.

The veteran Gospel musician who is noted for several hit songs claimed that the seven-year-old dispute is finally gone since he is trying to improve himself.

The feud between the two accomplished artistes started after Great Ampong accused Daddy Lumba of being avaricious and pocketing around ₵360,000 from the album launch of their collaborative work, ‘Hosanna.’

Great Ampong stated that he is prepared to let sleeping dogs lie, despite the fact that the problem has not yet been resolved and he has not yet gotten his half of the funds.

His choice is the result of some suggestions given to him by recognized leaders and other participants in the conversation.

“Cheating is painful, but enough is enough. I have been advised by some chiefs and prestigious persons to let the matter slide. Everyone has components of ‘beef’ in him but being able to let it go is what makes me a better Christian.

I have also worked for people and no one can come out and say I cheated them though I had control of their songs as a writer. So if I don’t cheat them, I don’t expect anyone to stylishly cheat me. That’s my principle of life.

Meanwhile, the founder of Givers Herbal Centre made some cash donations to Ampong to cushion him as part of the peace process.
