DJ Khaled Makes Runway Debut Alongside Super Model Naomi Campbell
47-year-old musician and music producer DJ Khaled made his runway debut on March 15 at the Boss Spring/Summer 2023 show in Miami.
The event was arranged by DJ Khaled’s record label, We The Best, as part of Miami Fashion Week. Khaled walked the runway with supermodel Naomi Campbell in a sleek black suit and white sneakers.
The show was conducted outdoors, and its set design included cascading water fountains. The combination of strong winds and a fountain-based setting produced a tremendously windy event.
Despite the rough weather, Khaled walked the catwalk without incident. At one point, he even accompanied Naomi Campbell down the runway, holding her firm against the strong winds as she laughed at the scenario.
DJ Khaled can now add “model” to his already amazing list of accomplishments, which includes music production, acting, book writing, television hosting, and more. Whether Khaled will pursue a full-time career in fashion modeling remains to be seen, but it is evident that his talent and influence transcend the sphere of music.
