Fuse ODG Replies Michael Blackson For Saying Ghana Has Only Four Stars

Ghanian-British prominent figure Fuse ODG who is a singer, songwriter, and rapper disagrees with comedian Michael Blackson’s claim that, unlike Nigeria, Ghana has only four major musical performers.

During a recent interview on “Drink Champs”, sighted by Tru News Report Michael Blackson made a statement that, unlike Nigeria, Ghana does not have more than four major musical stars, which didn’t sit well with Fuse ODG.

Michael Blackson named Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, and Black Sheriff as the four biggest stars in Ghana. “Nigeria has all the artistes, I mean I could name ten (10) niggas from Nigeria that are stars like Davido, Wizkid Burnaboy, Tecno, Kizz Daniel, etc. is like the New York of music in Africa, and Ghana, on the other hand, is becoming like the Dubai of Africa I can only count about four people from Ghana like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, and Black Sherif. I want to make Gambo the fifth star and that’s why I signed him” he said.

Fuse ODG said it was unfortunate that Michael Blackson made those statements on the show since he had introduced Blackson to several Ghanaian singers.

“Mike…I don’t know how you go on @Drinkchamps and say there are only 4 artists in Ghana. Not cool bro. I’ve personally introduced u to a lot of GH artists in GH! smh. Stop embarrassing us on these platforms…you’re supposed to educate them.”
