Ghanaians React To Death Of KETASCO NSMQ Star, James Lutterodt

Predictably, social media has been inundated with a flurry of lamentations following the death of James Lutterodt, the student Keta Senior High Technical School who together with his school team made headlines at the National Science and Maths Quiz in 2021.

Tru News Report revealed that although there have been theories about food poisoning, the exact cause of James’ death has not yet been revealed. Relatedly, for the first time in the history of the school, James, Fransica, and Bright led Ketasco to the NSMQ finals and this became topical on the internet two years ago.

Despite losing to Prempeh College, they were recognized for their abilities and efforts, receiving accolades from many Ghanaians and eventually scholarships, among other things. James was studying computer science at the University of Ghana when he passed away.

According to reports, he was also planning to leave Ghana and continue his study in the United States of America.
