Glorilla And Finesse2Tymes Stampede: One Of The Victim’s Family Plans To Sue; Claims Deaths Were Avoidable

The family of one of the three victims who perished in the terrible stampede at GloRilla and Finesse2tymes’ New York concert has reportedly hired an attorney in preparation for a legal battle.

The incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on March 5 at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, where the two rappers were performing as part of a nationwide tour. In our previous publication, the surge occurred during GloRilla’s performance, causing concertgoers to panic and rush for the exits, resulting in several people being crushed.

The family of a victim of the Glorilla & Finesse2tymes stampede intends to file a lawsuit on the grounds that the deaths may have been prevented.

Brandy Miller was trampled to death in the turmoil that followed the ill-fated Rochester concert earlier this month, and her sister, Michelle, tells TMZ that the family plans to sue Glo and Finesse2tymes, as well as the promoters and Main Street Armory.

The case will likely center on whether the venue’s safety precautions were sufficient to prevent such a disaster. The family’s legal team must demonstrate that the venue breached its duty to provide patrons with a safe atmosphere. This may involve reviewing the venue’s layout, any security mechanisms in place, and any cautions or instructions issued to participants prior to the event. In addition, they may investigate any complaints or feedback from past events conducted at the same venue.

The lawsuit could also investigate whether Glorilla and Finesse2Times took enough safety precautions. This could involve examining their crowd control policy, emergency response plans, and any other safety precautions in place. It is yet another reminder of how important it is for event organizers and venues to take all necessary precautions when hosting large gatherings.

According to reports, Finesse and GloRilla departed the venue before the rush. It does not appear that either artiste is now under criminal investigation over the occurrence, despite the fact that they have both voiced their devastation over the loss.

Chief of Police David Smith stated that the department is investigating a number of potential causes for the increase in fatalities, including “possibly crowd size, gunshots, pepper spray, and other contributing factors.”

This case’s resolution may have far-reaching repercussions for future events and venues. If effective, it might serve as a model for more stringent safety requirements and stronger enforcement of existing rules. It serves as a further reminder of the need for event organisers and venues to take all precautions while hosting large groups.
