I Lied About Mahama And Tracey Boakye – Kennedy Agyapong Confesses

Kennedy Agyapong has admitted that his “papa no” accusation against John Mahama and Tracey Boakye was a joke.

The maverick lawmaker and firebrand of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) admitted in an interview that the remarks he made about Tracey Boakye and John Mahama were all exaggerated.

”Whatever happens to a man, I don’t feel happy about it. Like I was in Akyiase, and I was joking about Mahama, and Tracey Boakye and Tracey Boakye took it so seriously and all that.”

In the same vein, Mr Agyapong told Assase Radio back in 2020 that he made jokes about Mahama and Boakye during a campaign at Akim Achiase, asking Ghanaians not to take those words seriously.

According to him, the matter took a different dimension and was blown out of proportion because Tracey took it seriously and responded in a way he never saw it coming.

He revealed that whatever has happened to Mahama does not make him happy, confessing that he made up all those lies about him. Agyapong had earlier said that the Papa No involved in Tracey Boakye and Mzbel’s saga was Mahama.

The whole saga started when Tracey and Mzbel fought on social media over an unnamed sugar daddy. Tracey said that the man who was given the moniker ‘Papa No’ left Mzbel for her because he later found her attractive.
