Kofi Kinaata has praised Samini in a fresh new interview, emphasizing that the support he received from him during his early days in the industry played a crucial role in his current success.

The Fante rapper credited Samini’s High-grade Family for nurturing his talent and providing him with significant opportunities to showcase his skills.

He mentioned that being associated with Samini allowed him to leverage his fanbase and establish himself in the music scene.

During a conversation on Radio XYZ, Kofi Kinaata shared that he was given valuable platforms to perform, thanks to his connection with Samini, which ultimately helped him advance his career.

“What I am and will be is high-grade family. I was doing rap in my small corner when they came to take me and allowed me to grow.

When I was signed, Samini’s fans became my fans automatically. When Samini was performing he gave me opportunities to prove myself and I didn’t disappoint.

It’s just like Sarkodie signing an artiste, the artiste automatically gets the support of his fanbase.

In other Kofi Kinaata news, the singer took to social media days ago to announce his upcoming album, much to the excitement of his fans.

This will be the first time the talented songwriter and rapper will be releasing a full album, as he has previously only released single hit songs.

In the past, Kofi Kinaata has been hesitant to release EPs or albums, as he felt that listeners tend to focus solely on the lead tracks. However, he has listened to his fans’ requests and decided to give them something special to enjoy.

During an interview on Daybreak Hitz, which was aired on Hitz FM, Kofi Kinaata revealed that his album, titled “Kofi O Kofi,” is scheduled to be released at the end of April 2024.

Fans can look forward to a total of seven tracks on this highly anticipated project, including his recent chart-topping single “Effiekuma Heartbreak.”

Kofi Kinaata also shared the titles of other tracks such as “Auntie Ama,” “Abonsam Ye Me Neighbor (Abonsam),” “Saman Aba Wo Fie (Saman),” “I Don’t Care,” and “Take Away.”
