“I’m An Opportunist, But I Use People Well” – Nana Aba Anamoah

Nana Aba Anamoah is a Ghanaian Media personality. Until her resignation from TV3, she presented the news and hosted top shows including The Divas Show.

She is currently the General Manager of GHOne TV and Starr 103.5 FM. She said her father called her an opportunist because she “used people”.

According to Adomonline.com, she said, “My dad has always told me I was an opportunist, and while I know it to be true, I don’t mind one bit because I enjoy making good use of other people. I have no regrets or concerns regarding that character feature.”

She acknowledged her father’s assessment of her, but insisted there was nothing wrong with it because she sees the bright side of her opportunistic nature.

“When I meet a new person, I make an effort to befriend them so that I may learn as much as possible from them. I also go out of my way to serve them, without complaint, because I have a clear idea of what I want from them. She said, she picked up these traits from a number of influential people throughout her life.”

She went on to explain that she also keeps a diary, in which she details her positive and negative characteristics and how she uses humility to help her reach her goals.

“Everyone I admire, from Emma Morrison to Israel Laryea to Gideon Aryeequaye, and everyone they taught me from, are all listed in one big book of mine.”
