I’m No Longer A Street Artiste — Kelvynboy
Kelvynboy, the former protege of Stonebwoy, has expressed that his music reflects his departure from the streets.
During an interview on Accra-based OKAY FM, the artist emphasized that street artists often depict their lives through their lyrics, but as circumstances evolve, they elevate their lyrical content.
“I am not a street artiste, I’ve been on the street before because if I’m supposed to be a street artiste it comes with the kind of songs, the kind of lyrics. Ive been on the street before and it was an experience.”
When he was asked whether he is now home he retorted “Yes of course, I live in my own house and I cannot go back to the street”.
