The veteran rapper and his wife Aisha Atkins opted to explore the famous Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Mausoleum in Accra, showing respect to Ghana’s inaugural president and esteemed leader.
Teaming up with the American non-profit organization Pencils of Promise, Ja Rule and Aisha Atkins are leading the effort to construct a classroom block at the Nuaso Anglican Primary School.
Situated in downtown Accra, the capital of Ghana, the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and Memorial Park has been a magnet for visitors worldwide, with an estimated annual footfall of around 98,000 individuals who come to honour Ghana’s first President and delve into his life and legacy.
As one of the top 10 most frequented sites in the nation, the park holds significant cultural and historical value.
