Lilwin Reacts After Martha Ankomah Sued Him For Defamation
Lilwin promptly responded to his court summons in Accra shortly after being sued by his colleague Martha Ankomah.
The actor remains unfazed by the legal action, boldly exacerbating the situation by asserting that any fool can go to court, drawing inspiration from the renowned words of politician Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, also known as General Mosquito.
Martha Ankomah filed a lawsuit against Lilwin following his infamous verbal assault on her through social media due to her decision to distance herself from Kumawood.
Blogger Sika Official shared comprehensive information about the legal action, stating that the lawsuit requires the presence of the actor and musician in court within eight days.
According to the writ, failure on his part to comply may result in a judgment being made in Martha Ankomah’s favour in his absence.
Reacting to the suit, Lilwin attached the aforementioned footage of Asiedu Nketiah and said; “As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the Ghanaian people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution. The movie is My Life. Long live Ghana Movie”.
