Lojay Shows Gratitude To Davido For Linking Him Up With Chris Brown

Singer Lojay has genuinely shown gratitude to his senior colleague Davido for making it possible for him to meet American superstar Chris Brown which triggered a dream collab between them.

Although they were both included in the remix of his popular song Monalisa, they were never acquainted before or during the recording.

Lojay mentioned on a KimOprah-hosted edition of Trending on HipTV, that after sending the audio file to Chris Brown, he completed his verse and sent it back.

Lojay claimed that he did not have the opportunity to meet Brown until Davido brought him to his hotel the day before his Wireless Concert performance.

He claimed that he had planned to see the American artist before that day but found it challenging to do so. He added that their professional relationship improved as a result of finally getting to meet the Grammy winner face-to-face.

In the same vein, Davido recently introduced Nigerian dancer Poco Lee to Chris Brown.

The ‘Gimme Dat’ singer joined Davido and Poco Lee in the ‘Unavailable’ viral dance challenge from the Timeless album.

Davido presented the two in a video that he posted, taking care to mention how talented they are dancers by equating them to the late pop singer Michael Jackson.

Davido pointed at the Nigerian dancer and called him Poco Jackson while doing the same for the Grammy-winning American musician as Chris and Poco were snapping pictures. Along with his backing dancers, Chris Brown joined the challenge with Poco Lee and demonstrated some of his dance moves.

Sharing the video, OBO captioned; “Had to bring together two of the most fire dancers from two different worlds. GUESS WHO?! UNAVAILABLE challenge STILL goin’! Just ask the family”
