Lydia Forson Expresses Worry About Malicious Behaviour On Social Media Bringing People Down

Lydia Forson has voiced her concerns regarding the increasing malicious behaviour on social media, where people spread false information to tarnish others’ reputations.

She highlighted the trend of creating fake accounts to disseminate this propaganda, which is then blindly reshared by others without verification.

She emphasized the alarming ease with which a single lie can potentially ruin someone’s life. She took to X to say:

Social media can be so dangerous man! Someone can just tweet an allegation from an anonymous account, another retweets and next thing you know we’re all sharing it like wildfire!

It’s really scary when you think about it.

The Perfect Picture actress recently clapped back at a fan who begged her to give birth to at least one child as a way of sustaining her legacy and pedigree as one of the finest actors to have ever graced the silver screen.

Apparently, the fan barged into Lydia’s DM proclaiming that his message is not borne out of malice but genuine love.

He asked the award-winning actress to give birth to perpetuate her distinctive lineage. However, the actress was not enthused as she screenshots of the message and put her on the blast on social media.

The actress labelled the message as cold and unloving. She also criticized the fan, claiming that children are not purchased on the online retailer Amazon while asking him to stop policing her womb, literally!

“I’m only sharing this here so people who send/say this daily understand that this is NOT love. Love will have the emotional intelligence to know that babies are NOT bought on Amazon; nor do they guarantee your legacy lives on. Stop policing women’s wombs.”
