Why You Should Never Give People’s Numbers To Strangers – Lydia Forson Warns

Actress and filmmaker Lydia Forson has taught fans some basic etiquette online by asking people never to share the phone numbers of their friends and acquaintances with strangers.

In a Twitter post, the actress warned all those who have been doing that to stop because the practice goes beyond mere contact via telephony as the stranger might gain full access to the person’s circle in a manner that could pose a threat to the person.

Lydia went on to explain that whenever one wants to share a fellow’s contact information, he must first obtain permission from the fellow.

Lydia posted;

Another reminder; don’t give peoples numbers to strangers or anyone without their permission. It’s not just a number, it’s access you’re giving to someone who they may not be interested in engaging with. Always ask.

Meanwhile, the actress recently tackled the ruling government for its managerial ineptness, they tend to portray the citizens as stupid.

Pinching her outburst on the U-turn made the Minister of Minister of Roads and Highways, Kwasi Amoako-Atta, who announced the reintroduction of the road toll levies, Lydia said it’s sad these politicians think Ghanaians are stupid which is why they blatantly ‘play with us.’

Recall that the minister recently told the media that road users won’t be paying 50 pesewas, ¢1 from 2023 which will be effected electronically, not manually.

The actress known for her breakthrough move ‘Perfect Picture’ swiftly stormed her Twitter platform and posted;

“I am convinced that we’re being governed by people who believe us to be stupid. You stopped something we weren’t complaining about to avert attention from what you were really doing, only to come back to this. This is why we don’t trust anything good you do,” she tweeted.
