Mauricio Pochettino, The New Manager Of Chelsea, Is Planning A Huge Clear-out, With 15 Players To Leave The Club

According to reports, Mauricio Pochettino, Chelsea’s new coach, will reduce his overly large team.

The team is hoping that more than 10 players would travel to help Pochettino, who is expected in England this week to prepare for his new position, handle the situation more effectively.

Pochettino signed a two-year initial contract with Chelsea and will formally begin on July 1.

While Kalidou Koulibaly, Cesar Azpilicueta, and N’Golo Kante’s futures are uncertain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Edouard Mendy, and Callum Hudson-Odoi are anticipated to go on.

After a one-season loan from Juventus, Denis Zakaria is expected to follow Joao Felix and return to his parent club, Atletico Madrid.

Mateo Kovacic, Conor Gallagher, Trevoh Chalobah, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also being pursued, while Mason Mount is in demand, but Pochettino is eager to work with the England player, who has just a year left on his deal.

Manchester United are presently seen to be his most likely destination, with Liverpool, Arsenal, and clubs from other countries also showing interest.

Chelsea also has over 20 loan players. They intend to streamline their loan process, and Chelsea will prefer permanent deals over temporary stays in a number of circumstances this summer.
