Mzvee Reveals How Home Economics ‘Humbled’ Her At SHS

Singer Mzvee recently disclosed that during her time at St. Mary’s Senior High School, she decided to take a ‘shortcut’ by choosing Home Economics, believing it to be the easiest course available.

According to her, this choice was driven by her desire to avoid exerting too much effort. However, much to her surprise, she soon discovered that Home Economics was one of the most challenging courses offered.

“When I went to Secondary School, I chose Home Economics because I was lazy and because I didn’t want to learn and then I figured out that it was one of the toughest things to do.”

“The practicals take so much time from you just to put your head into your book to read. It was tough and then that’s when I learnt my first lesson that nothing in life is easy,” she added, as quoted by MyNewsGH.

MzVee recently shared on Property FM that focusing on her personal issues instead of others has been key in maintaining a youthful appearance without wrinkles. When discussing her secret to looking young and fresh, MzVee emphasized the importance of gratitude and contentment with what she already has.

She remarked “As for the Akpl3 that’s the number one secret to my evergreen forever young looks but the other one is that I mind my business.

“I like to mind my business all the time so I’ll advise that you also mind your business and you’ll avoid all the wrinkles,” she told Amansan Krakye in an interview sighted by MyNewsGh.com

“Also be grateful and content with what you have and I know we hear this all the time but someone doesn’t even have what you have.

“You think you have only 5 cedis but guess what someone doesn’t even have anything so be very grateful and just keep fighting,” MzVee concluded.
