Nigerian Artiste Duncan Mighty Praises Stonebwoy For His ‘Huge’ Talent
Veteran Nigerian artiste Duncan Mighty has expressed his admiration for Stonebwoy, acknowledging his immense talent.
During his appearance on 3 Music TV to promote his latest album, Duncan Mighty commended Stonebwoy for creating meaningful songs and showcasing his versatility by effortlessly adapting to any beat. He urged Ghanaians to cherish and support this exceptional musician, as he is a valuable asset to the country.
Additionally, Duncan Mighty revealed that Stonebwoy is the sole Ghanaian artist featured in his upcoming project.
Wene Mighty’s debut full-length album Fully Loaded (Koliwater) was released in 2009 and achieved commercial success. The album featured hit songs like “Ijeoma”, “Scatter My Dada”, and “Ako Na Uche”, captivating music enthusiasts nationwide.
Following this, his second studio album, Legacy (Ahamefuna), was released in 2010 with 15 tracks, receiving positive feedback from fans and critics alike. Tracks such as “Obianuju” and “Port Harcourt son” propelled him to international fame and garnered a large fan base.
In 2011, he received three nominations at the 6th Annual NEA Awards and clinched the title of “Indigenous Artist of the Year”.
In September 2012, Wene Mighty unveiled Footprints, an 18-track album featuring collaborations with Timaya, Shaggy, Otuu Sax, Sandaz Black, and Wande Coal. His efforts as a peace ambassador have been recognized by the UN.
