Pastor Gifts Brand New Car, Monthly Allowance And Scholarship To Edward Akwasi Boateng

Veteran gospel musician Edward Akwasi Boateng has received much-needed assistance following a video that went viral showing him selling pen drives and CDs at a lorry station.

In a heartwarming gesture, a Ghanaian prophet named Bernard has generously gifted Mr. Boateng a brand new car, provided an all-expenses-paid scholarship for his children’s education up to university, and offered a monthly allowance.

The man of God, who is said to be the founder and leader of The Spirit Life Revival Ministry warmly welcomed Edward Akwasi Boateng to his church premises in Accra on February 25, 2024.

Overwhelmed with gratitude, Mr. Boateng was left speechless and deeply moved by the unexpected intervention of God in his life which he demonstrated by shedding tears.

Tru News Report previously reported that a video circulated online showed veteran singer Edward Akwasi Boateng selling pen drives and CDs at an undisclosed lorry station in Kumasi to make ends meet.

The video sparked discussions online as people questioned what led to Mr. Boateng’s current situation. Despite his unrecognizable appearance due to life’s challenges, he was identified by an anonymous person.

This turn of events may be linked to his previous statement in an interview where he mentioned selling his 17 vehicles and facing marital issues that eventually led to his divorce.

It remains to be seen if his industry colleagues will come to his aid following the emotional video that has garnered significant attention online.
