Bridget Otoo Slams Akufo-Addo For Ordering Chiefs To Stand Up And Greet Him
Bridget Otoo has criticized Nana Akufo-Addo for his recent habit of commanding chiefs to stand up and greet him.
A video of the president went viral as he was seen loudly instructing chiefs in the Oti Region to rise and greet him during the funeral of the late Rashied Bawa in Kadjebi
This issue has dominated discussions on social media, leading to a response from Bridget Otoo.
In a post she shared on X, as sighted by Tru News Report, she suggested that the president feels insecure despite his considerable power.
She also made a lighthearted comment about his height, implying that his short stature may be the reason behind his excessive need for people to stand up when greeting him.
Here’s what she shared:
Just walk in @NAkufoAddo brain for a second. That with all the powers he wields, somehow he feels inadequate.
I understand he’s a Liliputian; maybe he’s short everywhere because what is this obsession with standing to greet me if you are a chief.
That kind of inferiority complex may be the result of some trauma he’s yet to overcome and sadly will leave this world with.
