Around 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, the incident took place behind Aseda House near Dufie Towers. The woman, who was reportedly a single mother, was taken in an ambulance to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where doctors immediately declared her dead.
According to a new update shared by Graphic Online, the family says if the woman couldn’t be revived, the family would feel some relief if the offender was captured and put on trial, according to Adwoa Nyarko, the deceased’s aunt.
She claimed that Maa Adwoa was about to get ready for bed after finishing her bath when she received a call and decided to leave.
The officer whose moniker Tycoon is well known, was reportedly one of Manhyia Palace’s favourite Dispatch Riders, according to some unsubstantiated sources.
The terrible incident happened after the deceased woman broke off her romantic engagement with Tycoon due to accusations of infidelity.
According to authorities, the couple had a wonderful romantic relationship, and everything appeared to be going swimmingly until the beautiful woman known as Maa Adwoa was charged with infidelity by allegedly taking other men as lovers.
She fiercely refuted his boyfriend’s accusation, but he persisted and placed boundaries on her movement and communication. The woman demanded a split as a form of retribution. Her envious lover refused to end their relationship and threatened serious consequences if she did.
