Leave My Mom Out Of This—Prophet Oja Begs Ghanaians Over Insults

Ghanaians remain furious with Jedidiah Henry Kore, also known as Prophet Oja, for his predictions of misfortune for the Black Stars in the ongoing AFCON tournament held in neighbouring Cote d’Ivoire.

Specifically, his forecast of Ghana’s defeat against Egypt and Mohammed Kudus’ poor performance backfired when the Black Stars delivered an outstanding display led by Kudus.

Despite Ghana not experiencing the loss as prophesied by the man of God, Ghanaian fans are still seething with anger and have branded him a fraud, as none of the doom he predicted for the team came to pass.

Consequently, those who are still enraged have resorted to social media to hurl insults at him. In response to the backlash, Prophet Oja stated that the directed attacks were misplaced, as he was merely fulfilling his duties as a prophet. He further requested that if they choose to insult him, they should refrain from involving his mother, as others have been doing.

He took to his Facebook page to write, “Someone just insulted my mother all because a prophecy had come to pass and I didn’t do anything about it. Hmmm, the sad news is the same people will call you fake if the prophecy didn’t come to pass. Always insulting men of God”

“When a prophecy come to pass, they will insult you that if you are a good man of God, you should have PRAYED to God to cancel it. When you pray for God to redeem it,they will insult you and say you are fake, that is why YOUR prophecy didn’t come to pass. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?  Pls note YOU CAN INSULT ME BUT DON’T INVOLVE MY PARENTS .”
