More Trouble For Diddy As Former Producer Sues Him For Sexual Assault

Sean Combs aka P Diddy is currently facing another legal battle as former male employee Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a fifth sexual assault suit against him.

The lawsuit, filed in the Southern District of New York, accuses Combs of making unwanted sexual advances and forcing Jones to hire sex workers and engage in relations with them. Jones is seeking $30 million in damages and names several other parties who he claims did not adequately monitor Combs’ actions.

The suit refers to all parties as a “RICO enterprise” and outlines various accusations against Combs, including drug use, illegal firearms, and providing minors and sex workers with laced alcoholic beverages.

In the lawsuit, it is alleged that the individual lived with Combs from September 2022 to November 2023 and experienced repeated instances of sexual harassment from Combs himself, as well as unwanted advances from Combs’ associates. The lawsuit further claims that the individual resided with Combs in various locations, including New York, Los Angeles, Florida, and a rented yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

During this time, the individual asserts that they recorded extensive audio and video evidence of Combs and his staff engaging in illegal activities.

They also state that they were subjected to constant and unsolicited groping and touching of their anus, and were even forced to work in Combs’ bathroom while he showered in the nude. When the individual raised these concerns with Khorram, they were met with a dismissive response, implying that Combs’ behavior was simply his way of showing affection.

One of the claims made in the lawsuit is that the individual believes they were drugged by Combs on February 2, 2023, and woke up naked in bed with Combs and two sex workers. It is alleged that Combs was grooming the individual for sexual purposes and even encouraged them to recruit prostitutes by wearing a Bad Boy baseball cap at a Miami establishment, signaling to potential sex workers that Combs was seeking their services.

In other instances, Jones asserts that Combs openly displayed firearms and boasted about getting away with shooting people. He revealed that Combs admitted to being involved in a shooting at a nightclub in New York City in 1999, alongside rapper Shyne.

While Combs was acquitted of gun possession and bribery charges, Shyne received a 10-year prison sentence. Jones also recounts an incident at a recording studio in Los Angeles where an altercation between Combs and his son Justin resulted in a man being shot in the stomach. Allegedly, Combs instructed Jones to lie to the police and claim that the man was a victim of a drive-by shooting.

Furthermore, Jones implicates other celebrities in the lawsuit. He recalls how Combs forced him to watch a video of musician Stevie J engaging in sexual activities with another man, providing screenshots of the video as evidence.

Jones also alleges that Combs introduced him to actor Cuba Gooding Jr. on a yacht, where Gooding physically groped and fondled him. Additionally, Jones names City Girls’ Yung Miami, Combs’ on-and-off girlfriend, and claims that Combs instructed Miami’s cousin to sexually assault him.

Responding to these allegations, Combs’ lawyer, Shawn Holley, issued a statement to Variety refuting Jones’ claims. Holley described Lil Rod as nothing more than a dishonest individual who filed a $30 billion lawsuit in a shameless attempt to seek an undeserved financial gain.

she said. “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
