NDC’s Victory In 2024 Is Ordained By God – John Mahama

The presidential aspirant of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has predicted that the NDC would triumph in the upcoming elections in 2024.

Victory, he claimed, would begin with the next by-election in Assin North.

In light of the government’s terrible economic record, he believed the party would win and urged voters to keep Mr. James Gyakye Quayson as their MP so that development may be facilitated.

At a campaign event in Assin-Bereku, he cautioned the crowd not to be deceived by the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) promises and vote-buying strategies.

“Our victory in 2024 starts from here and is ordained by God. I’m of a strong belief that God will make the NDC victorious in this by-election. God has given the authority to you, the people of Assin North, to end the economic impunity and leadership paralysis exhibited by the government,” he stated.

John Mahama stated that the NDC was unconcerned by the immoral political propaganda against Mr. Quayson in an attempt to limit the NDC’s minority in parliament, arguing that Mr. Quayson could not be imprisoned while the former CEO of the defunct gold dealership company Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM 1, was free to roam the streets.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communication Director, the government’s terrible performance in agriculture is just one more example of how it has failed to live up to its vows to the people before the election.

He said things were getting out of hand, despite the NPP’s assurances that modernization would raise farmers’ living standards significantly. He also predicted that James Gyakye Quayson, the NDC’s parliamentary candidate in Assin North, would receive the district’s votes because of his commitment to social justice issues.

According to a statement made by the NDC’s Communications Officer on Monday, June 5, 2023, the entire judgement from the Supreme Court indicated that the NDC candidate would win the by-election.
