Fans Raise Concern After Kodak Black Dozed Off During Instagram Live

Fans are worried that something could be wrong with rapper Kodak Black after he literally dozed off during the Instagram Live session.

In the video of the incident that went viral on Monday, August 14), 2023, the rapper was recording himself on Instagram Live when he briefly fell asleep while holding a cup. Some people thought the Florida rapper was simply exhausted and could have used some sleep, while others thought there was a more serious problem at hand and that the rapper needed professional assistance.

“He needs help fr Shit sad,” one concerned fan commented RapTV‘s Instagram post, while another wrote: “Sad to see his downfall.”

However, another fan clapped back in Yak’s defense, writing: “‘He’s on drugs’ nah he’s tired of you guys saying dumb shit!”

This incident comes on the heels of a similar report wherein fans expressed concern for Kodak Black’s health after reports that he was taken by ambulance to the hospital this week.

The Florida rapper could be seen being wheeled into a Broward Health hospital in Broward County, Florida in a video released on TikTok on Thursday night, August 3.

As paramedics took Kodak Black to the hospital, he was laying on a stretcher with one of his arms across his face. There were other observers present, some of whom were recording with their cell phones, in the background.

The person who posted the video wrote, “Y’all pray for Kodak” on the clip, along with, “#OD #KodakBlack #Prayers #Fyp #BrowardHealth” in the caption.

The sad development triggered panic among his legions of fans who burst out their emotions on social media to wish him well.

“After I heard what happened man that was the worst thing for him keep your head up homie!!!!” one person wrote, while another said: “Man he been going thew it.” Other concerned fans sought divine intervention, writing: “God please help him” and “Praying for healing.”

When someone suggested Kodak’s hospitalization was merely a stunt for an upcoming music video, the person who posted the TikTok replied: “No.”
