Medikal Suggests ‘TGMA Cypher’ For This Year’s Awards

Medikal proposed to the Telecel Ghana Music Awards organizers the idea of incorporating a cypher into this year’s award ceremony.

He recommended dividing the cypher into two parts: one showcasing established mainstream rappers and the other highlighting up-and-coming artists.

Medikal emphasized that besides enhancing the overall program, this initiative would provide emerging talents with a platform for recognition and potential success.

Medikal posted:

His tweets read “Let’s do a TGMA Cypher this year ! Name some of the best rappers in the country let’s make it happen”.

“Also,@GHMusicAwards I think we should have 2 segments/parts in the Cypher, Mainstream rappers dema own and Upcoming rappers dema own, to give some dope young cats opportunity to shine please”.

Upon sighting his post, the official X handle of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards replied, “Big ups to @Medikalbyk for the #TGMACypher idea”.

The former Rapper of the Year winner at the Ghana Music Awards was in the news recently when he accused his colleague D-Black of being fake.

The reason behind this sudden attack is unknown, leaving many curious to see if D-Black will respond.

Interestingly, Medikal launched this attack right after announcing ticket sales for his concert, adding an unexpected twist to the situation.

D-Black tweeted: “Get ur tickets if ur out in London!! 🇬🇭 to the world !!! @Medikalbyk”.

Medikal quickly responded: “D black fuck off, you a fake nigga !”
